Flash dryer is also called pipe dryer, and sawdust dryer is a small dryer to dry sawdust and wood powder and other small powder from biomass material. It is made up of the heating furnace, pipes, blower, cyclone and airlock, the sawdust or powder feed into the dryer from feeding chute, by the attraction of blower at end of the dryer, the powder and hot air from heating furnace move through the pipes, during this time the powder is dried, the final dried will discharge from the cyclone, and waste air will discharge from the pipes on top of the cyclone.

6. High heating intensity, due to the high hot air speed, wood materials disperse well in the air and the drying area increases a lot, thus guarantees sufficient drying.
7. High drying speed, wood material, and air contacting time are quite short and drying time is 0.5-5 seconds.
