Graphite electrodes are mainly used in the steelmaking process. Iron scrap gets melted in an electric arc furnace and recycled. As a kind of conductor, they are playing an important role in this kind of furnace. It can be divided into ordinary power grade, high power grade and ultra high power grade according to their quality indicators.
For the purpose of reducing electrode consumption and improving production efficiency, we should make furnace capacity, transformer capacity and graphite electrode match with each other in a reasonable proportion, the following chart shows the relation among them for your reference.
